Pros
GSK singapore has strong leaders that will definitively help you along the way especially if you are new. In the team that i had the privileged to work with (marketing and sales), everyone was close and helped each other if there was any problems.
Cons
An organization as whole, the management systems are quite messy. As there are a lot of levels of authority to pass through before approval, sometimes your work can be quite inefficient.
