Pros
The company has many opportunities, enough to keep hundreds of contracted employees busy for years to come. The work is challenging but very rewarding.
Cons
As a contracted employee in general work life balance is hard to achieve; more so with a company like gsk, where there is a lot of work in the pipeline and at least where I am nut enough company employees (not contractors) to oversee, approve abd advance projects.
