Interesting work and good colleagues/scientists, although many have left or are leaving. Flexible and remote working, especially since COVID-19 pandemic. Relatively good remuneration.
Cons
Shrinking pipeline, increasingly cumbersome processes and indifferent middle management. No job security, with perpetual reorganizations and job cuts.
