Pros
Benefits are superb! The medical insurance is one of the best in the industry.
Cons
Too many consistent database changes, utilized sales force as focus group to utilize new software, micro management, non creative with HCP/Customer database, overly regulated, too much time required at Desk, although we were outside sales professionals, time management was unrealistic to get electronic responsibilities completed and spend adequate time in the field calling on HCP's.
