      Pros

      The company has great benefits. Some positions offer flexible work schedules. Work/life balance varies by department. Colleagues are very helpful, thoughtful and friendly.

      Cons

      There is minimal room for growth opportunities for lower level employees. Some departments offer flexible work schedules but others are adamant about being in the office. Lower level employees have no input on process changes that affect their roles.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
