      Flexible work hours, good benefits, average compensation, on-site fitness center, easy access to benefit management site and performance review site, good resources for on-job training.

      Cons

      Work environment is getting intense and less friendly recent years. Too many people work on administration jobs. The performance review process is getting weird. Frequent reorganization.
