GSK biologicals is considered to be one of the top employers in belgium, there is an on site gym and great coffee corner. If your just starting out in the pharma industry work is cruisey
Cons
Management doesn't empower you to do anything. IT technology is so outdated its like working in the 80's everything is managed on excel spreadsheets. It doesn't matter how competent you are to do your job if you want to advance you have to do what management says even if its corrupt and against the company values.
