Culture - Senior Validation & Quality GSK Employee Review

Top down management style. Culture is broken. Very top heavy company with high level folks that don't have direct reports or a clear responsibility. Lots of busy work that doesn't translate to results for the patient or company (see stock price for the last 2 decades). Company moves at sloth speed. Hence slow follower. Management decisions don't appear to hold the test of time. Other large pharma companies have managed globalization with less negative impact to the employees.
