R&d senior leaders need to change - Director GSK Employee Review

Senior leaders do not exhibit the exemplified behaviors of the company and are not held accountable. These leaders cannot make swift decisions and go round and round causing constant rework for lower level employees. This is leading to a toxic work environment with lack of transparency and trust which goes against company values, as a very long term employee, I have never seen Gsk like this and can no longer turn a blind eye to these bad behaviors. This toxic culture is rampant and against our values as we deliver for patients
