      Great company and great people! You can really learn a lot. Good benefits, holidays.

      Cons

      Very tight budget. Pretty much no opportunities for employees for any training courses or conferences. Very difficult for a promotion to a management position

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
