      Low Pay, Frequesnt layoffs from the last 4 years. Flat Org Structure and management does not believe in changing the flat structure.

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
