      Good work life balance, convenient facilities, good benefits packages incl very generous maternity pay, clear processes and guidance in place on many subjects

      Uncertain future due to strong reliance on respiratory business, questionable pipeline, extreme financial pressure and Reorganisations all the time, politics, old mates networks

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
