      Pros

      GSK has some of the very best, high-caliber research works along with some of the most outstanding scientists and managers. Team work and work/life balance are also the most notable traits of GSK in addition to great scientific work.

      Cons

      Workload can get intense from time to time, but it's still reasonable, and supportive managers will be there to help you should you need priority guidelines. Since it is a big pharma, decisions can be made slowly. However, GSK really emphasizes on high quality work and safe products, so taking the time to go through target exploration, validation, and product generation is needed.
