      Pros

      Great global company - mission and values at heart of organisation. Andrew Witty is a great leader. Company taking steps in the right direction in last few years- mergers/programmes/partnerships. Lots to enjoy about work - good development opportunities and perks to be there.

      Cons

      Head office can be a bit out of touch with other sites. Some people worked there for years and get by with not doing much. Sometimes frustrating / slow decision making.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
