Wonderful company to learn and grow your career. Very diverse portfolio of products. Can be a stepping stone to a greater career.
Cons
GSK is having problems remaining resilient in the current world-wide economic environment. They have simplified their operating model in hopes to correct this problem, leaving them will less people to support functional areas. Most likely there will be continuing changes over the next 3 years due to the decline in sales of their block-buster drug.
