      Pros

      The work hours are fairly flexible, as long as you get your work done and show up to meetings.

      Cons

      Management is hyper focused on speed and acceleration, creating an unhealthy work environment. Convoluted systems and processes that make the job harder. Way too many acronyms so that it's hard to understand people. You basically have to learn a second language.

      Pros

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Cons

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.

      Slow, too much processes and paperwork, company wants to accelerate, but current processes makes it impossible to accelerate.
