      Pros

      People focused company. Heavily focused on personal development throughout placement. Given significant responsibility from the beginning to develop skills and always supported through this. Great pay for a placement student. Amazing culture, GSK values are clearly implemented in all the work they do.

      Cons

      GSK don't really fast track you into a grad role, you won't get made a graduate offer following placement. However, the applications for the Future Leaders Programme opens earlier to ex placement students before it opens to the public.

      Great Pay and Amazing Benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
