      Pros

      Decent benefits, similar to most large pharma. Lots of folks with great experience hybrid model 2 day on-site, site attendance reports sent to managers Lots of opportunity to learn since there is plenty of work and product experience internally Have seen people get promoted internally Recognition money awards for doing great work

      Cons

      things move at lightning speed with not enough resources and too many initiatives politics on remote work (some people got remote work accepted post-pandemic and others didn't who had similar reasons) some LT does not understand the complexity of workloads since they are delegating tasks and not doing the actual work

      Slow, too much processes and paperwork, company wants to accelerate, but current processes makes it impossible to accelerate.
