- Not an inclusive environment for those who do not speak French. GSK Belgium is very french-oriented and does not allow global talent to thrive within the company. - Even though GSK characterizes itself as a global company, this is not the case for GSK Belgium. It is more focused on the language than the talent. - Hard to get promoted or stand out within the company. More important is who you know and who likes you instead of what you know and how good you are at your job. - IT facilities are a bit outdated, problems are quite often. - No proper trainings are given in new people to understand the local procedures. - Upper management could show more appreciation to workers. - Lack of exchange between teams of different business unit, as it is a big company.
