      Pros

      Good work-life balance, friendly co-workers, great supervisor and upper management. Allowed to work from home 1 day per week. Fair pay and great benefits as Hamilton is a small branch of the much larger GSK company. Annual bonuses are awarded based on company performance, plus smaller merit bonuses are awarded throughout the year if earned. Strong employee recognition system. Incredible mountainous location for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy.

      Cons

      Due to the company's policies regarding performance improvement, chronic underperformers are allowed to stay with the company for many years in some cases. People make the company, so getting rid of poor performers needs to be more of a priority. Additional vacation time is not awarded until an employee has been with the company for 10 years. An entire decade before offering a PTO bump is too long. 15 days per year is the standard vacation offering. This could be improved.

      Pros

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Cons

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
