Pros
GSK is the best company I worked for. The people are very smart, talented and really care about the company and the person at the end of the supply chain - the patient. The offices are brilliant and the compensation is good.
Cons
The leaders always seem to recruit in their own image. I believe highly effective teams are diverse with different strengths. My own team is very diverse and we are surpassing every targets given to us - I wish more leaders would replicate our success model.
