Pros

Remote work is available for employees.

Cons

Executives and management will not care about you at all. You will need to agree to their beliefs with their employment pledge, and people have been fired for not agreeing with their beliefs or speaking up for themselves. The team leaders do not help you when you need it. There are too many management and executives in GT. If you want to use your PTO you need to be caught up on your work but if you are caught up on your work they will give you more to keep you behind. The CEO should not be in that position, she is absent from her work due to family conflicts. The company will hire workers for the CEO's family under the GT name so that they family doesn't have to pay for their own nanny. They will say they are inclusive but only if you believe and fully support whatever they tell you too!

Pros

Great team, they very helpful and patient with me as I was starting.

Cons

They make you learn a bunch of material that won't be necessary for your role. I believe this is so you get more exposure to different areas but should not take that long.

Pros

I believe that GT Independence is a strong company that genuinely cares about its employees. I appreciate the way the organization supports its staff and fosters a positive work environment. I am also drawn to the company’s advocacy and overall purpose, which align with my own values and professional goals.

Cons

While I truly value the company as a whole and appreciate its mission and structure, my experience within my specific state team was more challenging. I received limited training at the beginning, and as I worked through that learning curve, I sometimes felt that I could have benefited from more consistent guidance and support. There were moments when I did not feel fully supported by leadership, which made certain aspects of the role more difficult. That said, I do not view this as a reflection of the company overall. I believe it was more specific to the team environment. The experience helped me become more independent, proactive, and resilient, and it also clarified the type of collaborative and supportive work culture I value.
