Pros

Remote work is available for employees.

Cons

Executives and management will not care about you at all. You will need to agree to their beliefs with their employment pledge, and people have been fired for not agreeing with their beliefs or speaking up for themselves. The team leaders do not help you when you need it. There are too many management and executives in GT. If you want to use your PTO you need to be caught up on your work but if you are caught up on your work they will give you more to keep you behind. The CEO should not be in that position, she is absent from her work due to family conflicts. The company will hire workers for the CEO's family under the GT name so that they family doesn't have to pay for their own nanny. They will say they are inclusive but only if you believe and fully support whatever they tell you too!

Pros

Good place to learn, but you may learn bad habits.

Cons

Where to start? The company is growing so quickly and nobody really knows what they are doing. Management is weak in many areas and there are too few people trying to handle too many tasks. Management has a long history of being abusive to staff and firing people on a whim.

Pros

Work from home (that’s it)

Cons

- Caseload is significantly over 40 hour a week worth - Yelled at for OT - Being good is punished by adding to your caseload - Catty management who backstab - Credit never given to workers, only management - Low pay for the expected skills - If management finds you have slightly different political views expect much harder days
