The working culture is very relaxed. Management are mixed in with employees and are very approachable.
There is a strong focus on you as an individual and putting yourself first.
I have always found that I will be supported in anything new I wish to take on.
Cons
Salary could be higher. This is made up for by the wider package and work environment.
