      Generally good people across the company, some good benefits and flexible hours in most departments.

      Extremely busy in some roles, often less competitive pay, some instances of process change fatigue

      Really Positive Environment

      Pros

      The working culture is very relaxed. Management are mixed in with employees and are very approachable. There is a strong focus on you as an individual and putting yourself first. I have always found that I will be supported in anything new I wish to take on.

      Cons

      Salary could be higher. This is made up for by the wider package and work environment.
