- Managing change -- some folks thrive in an ever-changing environment (me!), some don't. If you can't handle some change, GTxcel might not be for you. - Moving forward -- there was some negativity ghosts from past company changes, but the company is looking toward a bright future. - Resources -- like many other software company, you have more work and goals than resources to do it all and some people wear many hats.
