Good opportunity for an entry level position in the design industry. You'll get to work with interesting / new technologies often and are constantly challenged to create something new. Hourly pay rate helps when working overtime.

Terrible work / life balance. Constantly shifts between trying to keep busy with nothing to do on some days to cranking it to 11 for weeks and working 70+ hour weeks back to back. Expected to deliver production quality material for every stage in the process, even for concepts, which wastes precious time. Forced to essentially work double-time constantly to manage multiple projects at once and finish big projects in a half or a quarter of the time they should be given. Although hourly, pay rate isn't good enough to make up for the stressful work environment.
