      Pros

      Great team of talented individuals creating exciting interactive programs in a lot of different fields. Small family business with tight relationships and friendly atmosphere. Hourly pay is not standard for the industry which typically takes advantage of the long hours required so it's nice to be fairly compensated here. Flexible hours and days off due to small family business style.

      Cons

      Long hours when crunch time comes (but this is to be expected in this industry). The level of expertise of the staff is very high and it can be tough for newbies or inexperienced people to keep up at times.

      Unrealistic Expectations

      Pros

      Good opportunity for an entry level position in the design industry. You'll get to work with interesting / new technologies often and are constantly challenged to create something new. Hourly pay rate helps when working overtime.

      Cons

      Terrible work / life balance. Constantly shifts between trying to keep busy with nothing to do on some days to cranking it to 11 for weeks and working 70+ hour weeks back to back. Expected to deliver production quality material for every stage in the process, even for concepts, which wastes precious time. Forced to essentially work double-time constantly to manage multiple projects at once and finish big projects in a half or a quarter of the time they should be given. Although hourly, pay rate isn't good enough to make up for the stressful work environment.

      Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the challenges of the work and the hourly pay. Regarding the work life balance, we do make it a point to let potential new team members aware of the overtime required and the very seasonal nature of the business.
