The entire company has a great culture, so much room to grow, and there is no micro- management within the company. It is great for experience and promotes an overall great agency feel and aesthetic. You have the room to learn and grow in your professional career and the management is also very supportive in your decision making. I was extremely hands on in my position in regards to client relations and campaign strategy.
