Pros
- Casual/informal atmosphere - People-oriented, employees are heard - Flexible working hours - Flat hierarchy - So many benefits outside salary/bonus system which contributes to employee's happiness (company events, non-formal events, free lunch, book programme, sports reimbursement, Dutch/Spanish lessons, etc.) - Colleagues have similar level of up spirit - The two founders run the company with passion, honesty and transparency
Cons
- Changes are happening so fast sometimes you can't keep up (but I do find this refreshing) - Changes also bring insecurity to some job positions
