Loud music in all the office the whole time and the job is office based. Overcontrolling on everything you do in the office and everything you say on the phone. High turnover Possibility to grow only after many years No bonus/compensations on sales you make Colleagues absent for months (baja+holidays) and you have to cover their clients. Extra time is not paid and some days, specially Mondays and Tuesdays, the amount of work requires to stay longer in the office.
