Fun company to work for, low salary - Anonymous employee Gammex Employee Review

Most of the people are happy to be here and really care about our customers and quality products. Solid leaders. Easy to make decisions and get help if needed. Collaborative meetings and discussions and decision-making. Focus on the customers and growth. People are a priority. I would recommend Gammex/ Sun Nuclear to any friends or past colleagues.

Need more engineering resources. Got started on culture shift and involved employees. But it seemed like an event not a continuing process. Data went in and feedback did not come out.

- Interesting work - Good work/life balance. People are serious about their work, but it's okay to have a life outside of work. This seems like a weird thing to say, but a lot of companies act like they own your every waking hour. - Company is on the upswing. - People are generally friendly and easy to work with.

-This seems like a petty complaint but the building construction is kind of annoying. It's nice to see the building being upgraded (it needs it), but an overflowing parking lot and construction noises make it difficult to work sometimes. I know it's only temporary, but still. - It'd be nice to tighten up IT processes. Make it easier to work from home, better software policies, etc. - Company needs to be modernized a bit. As amazing as the company's technology is, the company seems like a little bit of a throwback.
