      Great culture It is an easy place to get things done - not micromanaged Rational and supportive management Co-workers who are willing and able to help each other, discuss ideas, and cooperate Receive necessary tools to complete job easily Excellent work-life balance - easy on my family 401k match, health benefits - decent but high premium, flexible work schedule, PTO

      Salary is on the low side Not evident where a "step-up" is in my career at the company Low amount of holidays

      Pros

      Most of the people are happy to be here and really care about our customers and quality products. Solid leaders. Easy to make decisions and get help if needed. Collaborative meetings and discussions and decision-making. Focus on the customers and growth. People are a priority. I would recommend Gammex/ Sun Nuclear to any friends or past colleagues.

      Cons

      Need more engineering resources. Got started on culture shift and involved employees. But it seemed like an event not a continuing process. Data went in and feedback did not come out.
