      Pros

      Good discount which includes getting a discount at Old Navy and the Banana Republic. Working enviroment can be fun. Other good employees.

      Cons

      Having to push people to open credit card. Which also lead to not so great competition with other employees. Lack of positive feedback.

      Pros

      Good gig as a student. Good team culture, flexible manager with schedules especially around exams, coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be available both days of the weekend. Way too much of a push for credit cards towards people who've already expressed they don't want one.
