      -1 hour lunch breaks -easy to know your job duties -amazing communication from cooperate -customers are not difficult very loyal to the brand

      Cons

      - PM/ hours you get to manage the store isn't enough. - hard to move up to a general manager unless you are very associated with the District Manager -cooperate visit very stressful

      Pros

      Good gig as a student. Good team culture, flexible manager with schedules especially around exams, coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be available both days of the weekend. Way too much of a push for credit cards towards people who've already expressed they don't want one.
