Pros
Best aspects of the job were being able to work & feel like a full-time employees with full time benefits & being able to work mainly on the weekday then having availability on the weekends for my family & life.
Cons
Some cons about working for GAP Inc would be i was judged pretty harshly on my phone call timing but then again i understand i worked in a call-service center office experience environment, however, i felt overwhelming judgment & constant criticism on a daily basis that i wasn't getting enough help for improvement opportunities instead. No one was there during my duties as remote agent to get help & advise so that i could improve on my errors.
