Overnight chaos - Overnight Stocker Gap Employee Review

Overnight stalker is a giant table where this guy continuously uses a box cutter to rip open boxes and dump them on the table, which I found to be the most effective way I’ve ever seen because the boxes he was dumping literally had folded clothes in them and it was our job to stand at the table and fold the clothes he was dumping.. not to mention other people shove piles at you constantly, and the tension is high. I did not want to be the person who just started and tried to implement a new system so I just quit. Still scratching my head of whoever ever thought any of that was effective.
