      Cons

      Growth depends on your manager, some managers care about your growth and some do not. Budget issues is the biggest problem with growth.

      Pros

      Good gig as a student. Good team culture, flexible manager with schedules especially around exams, coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be available both days of the weekend. Way too much of a push for credit cards towards people who've already expressed they don't want one.
