Toxic, unhealthy, unprofessional - Lead Merchandiser Gap Employee Review

Some rude and unprofessional leaders. No work/life balance. Very heavy workload with not much time to complete and low pay. Slashed payroll, very short-staffed. Constant associate call-outs. Unhappy staff/leaders. Constant stress. Disorganized and messy. Could not perform at my best and let others behavior dictate how I behaved, and I’m not proud of myself. Lots of gossip and talking behind each others backs.
