Quite a few hours needed for the position but the hours are flexible and you work from home quite a bit. Clients love the work which makes it feel like a rewarding thing to do. You are well compensated for designing and managing projects that clients love,

Requires a LOT of driving if it’s a large city. Flexible hours are only so flexible when you avg 60 hours a week. Compensation is 100% commission. I personally prefer that but for some it can be scary.
