Great place to work

Pros

Management listens and cares about employees and individual franchisees. Product is top notch and you can be proud to sell it. Quite a few hours needed for the position but the hours are flexible and you work from home quite a bit. Clients love the work which makes it feel like a rewarding thing to do. You are well compensated for designing and managing projects that clients love,

Cons

Requires a LOT of driving if it’s a large city. Flexible hours are only so flexible when you avg 60 hours a week. Compensation is 100% commission. I personally prefer that but for some it can be scary.

Pros

Get opportunities to work with individuals from across Canada, USA, and Australia. Lots of work available.

Cons

I started off very optimistic of this place but man did it go down hill fast. I work at the corporate office and the nepotism is unreal. The leadership team is so rude and do not trust you and they will treat you like you’re inhuman. Very unprofessional environment. HR openly talks behind your back and has nicknames for everyone. I had a pro about having enough work - that’s because it is highly understaffed and the amount of work they give you is a lot. They will make you feel bad about not finishing work on time when there are not enough hours in the day to finish all of it. Everyone either comes in early or stays late to get their work done. They will not let you work from home unless you’re a man and then they can work from home and give you work from home. Everyday I worked there, I was miserable and dreaded going in. The anxiety I would get from driving in crazy and stopped once I got a different job.
