Within the renovation division, leadership lacks sufficient hands-on field experience, which can create confusion, unnecessary stress, and avoidable issues on projects. This is compounded by a lack of consistent openness to input from seasoned professionals, as constructive feedback and risk-based discussion are often dismissed rather than considered.
