Pros

- The benefits (reimbursements etc.) - Almost remote work setup

Cons

- Untrained people managers (they even use bad language, resort to shouting, ghost you for pre scheduled calls etc) - No Work Life Balance: may make you work at 6 in the morning or 2 at night - 0 Empathy Leaders: Might make you suffer and overwork you for taking leaves for medical emergencies - No communication channels for employee harrasment - Politics and Gatekeeping: Managers might gatekeep info from you about your own employment, important work deliverables and even the right channels to report problems, only to use it against you. They might also try to show off your work as theirs, or push you under the bus instead of owning their mistakes. - If they want to let you go they'll put you under a PFS (their lingo for PIP). Whatever you do won't change their decision, it's a false setup for laying off. - Working Style of most teams is extremely old fashioned, they'd make you spend time building trackers and reports rather than actually implementing changes, only older folks get along with each other. Be careful of which BU, which manager you work under, if they're not humane, you'll suffer a lot.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
