Pros

My great experience with Gartner started with the interview process. While it was a longer interview process, I had a really great experience interviewing - everyone was communicative and supportive throughout the process. It's been my dream job - the opportunities that I encounter every day are amazing. Management is very hands on and accessible and I learn something new every day. I had a strong, detailed training plan that set me up for success within 60 days of starting at Gartner. Everyone here is the best at what they do. They are passionate about Gartner and our products and services. You have complete control over your impact and can take on projects that not only impact the company but also your personal and professional development. The work life balance, flexibility, technology (laptops, phone, etc., benefits/compensation are all highly competitive and most of all, I'm treated like an adult. If there's ever a time that I'm struggling or having an issue, my manager is supportive and helps me figure out how to improve vs. "punishing" me or micromanaging me.

Cons

I can't name anything I'm unhappy with. Maybe the fact that we are global and growing so quickly, it can sometimes be tough to interact with colleagues and teams that are scattered around the globe.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
