Heavy demands, not enough hours in the day; difficult to maintain work/life balance; managers aren't given a lot of room to manage; changing strategies; senior management that knows it needs to make changes to work needs, but doesn't; process, process, process; constantly changing strategies and initiatives; senior product people that suck
