The benefit is fair/basic - Health insurance, free fruit every day

Cons

Learn the script they put together for you when you speak to your clients, that's the first step for you to become successful. Hit all the monthly metrics, then you can seat back, relax and forget about building the client relationships. You will be surprised, you might think, hang on - isn't it about building the relationships here? But, no..just hit the metrics you are classified as successful. Update every single spreadsheet/database, is the most important thing every day at work. Highlight the importance of processes, however, you can break this rule by knowing someone influential within the company and get things done in your way.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
