Pros

1. Sat-Sun off 2. Decent Pedigree of Associates 3. Possible to learn about Consulting best practices 4. Possible to develop network globally 5. Good benefits (Mediclaim, Maternity-Paternity leaves, overall leaves) 6. Leadership is polite and relative chilled out over calls and over weekends (silent over weekends) 7. Everyone's approachable 8. CEO (and team) knows how to reduce COGS and reflect positive top and bottom line

Cons

1. Team(s) at Gurgaon is pretty much the last row in the back end 2. Internal process and metric focused instead of focusing on overall client journey/lifecycle 3. Lack of innovation 4. Mundane work 5. Quite hierarchical even though we preach otherwise 6. Too much focused on meetings, calls instead of working on understanding the problem and delivering meaningful solutions 7. Bias and Politics 8. The job profile with the Service Advisors team especially is quite restrictive for any real internal/external growth 9. Lack of any proper form of employee engagement- there are adhoc gimmicks 10. HR is pretty much non existent once you're in 11. Mixed feelings about Middle management 12. Attitude of treating US stakeholders as perfect demi-gods

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
