Pros
The company is great. Gartner takes care of its people with thorough health benefits, above-average page, and ample time off. Gartner also encourages a growth culture to retain talent as employees look for career development and movement. The Associate Client Partner role is a great foot in the door with the company and will teach you A LOT-- arguably more than any other BU-- about the rest of what Gartner has and does in a short period of time. You can also, after a full calendar year of employment, get tiering promotions to Client Partner or Senior Client Partner.
Cons
You will burn out after two years in the Client Partner role. Career development is encouraged, but only certain paths are very achievable or well-defined (moving into inside or outside sales, being the largest).
