Pros

Its a great brand on your resume. Survive a year and run.

Cons

Management is truly horrendous. Ask yourself why you sweat to get around 130% of goal in the hope of getting to Winners Circle while your manager only needs 101%. Why are managers going to Winners Circle and none of the the team are on the same trip? Infact attendance was so bad for winners circle this year that they actually sent out pity invites. Goals are not set individually but by someone in America and so expect a obscene number regardless of your territory- and if something happens outside of your control expect no leeway. I saw someone dealing with a health problem and still did not have any quota relief. Remember you are just a number here and the turnover is over 50% per year. The recruiters cannot get people in fast enough. Its so bad that recruiters will come on Glassdoor and write fake reviews to hide the negative ones. The utter corruption doesn't end here it is spread all throughout the management. One team was told they would be put on the beginning of Pips because their manager wasn't at goal- regardless of their individual performance. Product prices have gone up so high, they are now more expensive than consultants, customer retention rates are down, growth is down and its all masked behind huge price increases. You will be goaled at 80% retention, but you won't get a territory that accommodates that meaning you are immediately making up the shortfall- then as an added bonus, your goal will include a whopping growth target.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
