There is unlimited earning potential because the position is 100% commission based. The Sales Manager and fellow sales staff are fun to work with.

The company is not always fair in regard to money. Salespeople are frequently told that mistakes that aren't their fault (made by other departments of the company) will have to be paid for out of their commission.
